Placing a Call on Private Hold
Procedure:
Press PriHold or private hold key on
the phone when there is an active
call on the shared line (You may
need to press the More soft key to
see the PriHold soft key).
The icon indicators
of line key 1 on the
phone will become
when the
shared line call is
placed on private
hold.
The line key LED
slowly flashes green
when the shared
line call is placed on
private hold.
Retrieving a Held Call
Retrieving a Call Placed on Public Hold
You can retrieve the public held call on either boss phone or secretary phone when there is a call
between boss and other party.
Procedure:
On the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone:
Tap , press the HOLD key or tap
Resume.
The conversation between boss
and the third party is retrieved.
On other IP phones:
Press the line key, the HOLD key or
Resume.
On the SIP-T48S/T48G IP phone:
• Tap .
• Long tap the desired line key.
The Cancel, Call Pull (CallPull), New Call
The conversation is established
between secretary and the third
party, while boss phone
disconnects the call
