You can configure the time format and date format respectively. The handset supports
two time formats (12 Hour or 24 Hour) and seven date formats. The available date
formats are listed in the following table:

To configure the time forma for a specific handset:
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Select Settings->Display->Time Format.
3. Press or to highlight the desired time format.
4. Press the Change soft key.
The radio box of the highlighted time format is marked.
The time format displayed on the LCD screen will be changed accordingly.
To configure the date format for a specific handset:
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Select Settings->Display->Date Format.
3. Press or to highlight the desired date format.
4. Press the Change soft key.
The radio box of the selected date format is marked.
The date format displayed on the LCD screen will be changed accordingly.
Date and time format for all handsets are configurable via web user interface at the
path: Settings->Time & Date.
For the list of available time zones on the IP phone, please refer to Appendix A - Time
Zones on page 95.
To configure the DST automatically via web user interface:
1. Click on Settings->Time & Date.
2. Mark the Automatic radio box in the Daylight Saving Time field.
3. Select the desired time zone from the pull-down list of Time zone.
4. Select the desired time zone name from the pull-down list of Location.
