Inbound routing processes incoming call traffic to destination extensions during
office hours or outside office hours

There is a default inbound route for all the trunks and set IVR as the destination,
you can edit it or create a new one for your demands. When an incoming call
arrives, the system will first check “fax detection”, then “Holidays”, at
last “Business Days”.
