Controlling the Instrument Using a USB Mouse
Top Menu Operation (same operation as the front panel keys)
From the top menu, select the item you want to set to display the setup menu. Tapping an
item without a setup menu executes the operation of that item.
Displaying the Top Menu and Selecting an Item

Click the icon on the top menu.
A menu of the instrument’s front panel keys (the top menu) appears.

Click the item that you want to select.
The item that you clicked is executed, or a setup menu for the clicked item appears at the right
side of the screen. The top menu disappears.
If the item has a submenu, the submenu is displayed. To select an item on a submenu, click it,
just as you would to select an item on the top menu.

Submenus appear for items that have them.
The clicked setup menu is
displayed.

Clearing the Top Menu
To close the top menu or submenu, tap outside the top menu or submenu, or press ESC.
