Dead Band
When a positive dead band value is specified, no heating and cooling output is generated
within the dead band.

When a negative dead band value is specified, both heating and cooling outputs are
generated and overlap within the dead band.

Although the setting range of the dead band (DB) is 10.0% of (PRH - PRL), if a specified
value is beyond (proportional band) (PB), it is further limited to within (PB) in PID
computation.
