3.16 Suction pressure regulator valve (CPR)
The Suction pressure regulator valve (CPR) is a protection device, which avoids compressor overload
and liquid return, limiting maximum suction pressure. It is useful at the end and during defrost or heating
operations, under certain conditions, and at start with equilibrated circuit (e.g. after a long stop).
