6. Remove bolt securing the rear inner fender to
the rear swingarm. Tool: T25. Torque: 3.5 lb-ft
(5 Nm).
7. Remove the rear inner fender.
8. Rotate tucked license plate harness up to gain
access to cable ties.
Note: Neatly tuck harness back in place during
reinstallation process to protect harness from
damage while riding.
9. Cut cable tie securing the protective sheathing
to the license plate light harness.
Note: Replace cable tie during the installation
process.
10. Cut cable tie securing the license plate
harness to the ROF (rear outer fender) arm.
Note: Replace cable tie during the installation
process.
11. Remove the protective sheathing from the
license plate light harness.
12. Release harness anchor from the ROF arm.
