23. Release DC/DC converter harness connector.
24. Release clip securing the DC/DC controller
harness to HCU bracket. Tool: O-ring pick
Note: The locking tab is located on the lower
portion of the clip.
25. Remove right front caliper from rotor.
26. Remove bolt securing left front of HCU
bracket to frame. Tool: T30. Torque: 6 lb-ft
(8 Nm).
27. Remove bolt securing right front of HCU
bracket to frame. Tool: T30. Torque: 6 lb-ft
(8 Nm).
28. Remove bolts (x2) securing rear of HCU
bracket to frame. Tool: T30
29. Place a shallow tray under HCU bracket.
30. Move HCU bracket assembly towards the rear
enough to gain access to the fittings on top of
the HCU.
