7. For this procedure, there will be references to
screws securing body panels, that are 2
different sized screws.
Small screws: designated on photos with
yellow arrows.
Large screws: designated on photos with
pink arrows.
8. Remove large screws (x5) securing the left
knee grip to the tank collar. Tool: #2 Phillips
screwdriver. Torque: Hand tighten - Do not
over-tighten.
9. Remove large screws (x5) securing the right
knee grip to the tank collar. Tool: #2 Phillips
screwdriver. Torque: Hand tighten - Do not
over-tighten.
10. Remove small screws (x7) securing the left
fairing arm inner and left fairing arm outer to
the tank collar. Tool: #2 Phillips screwdriver.
Torque: Hand tighten - Do not over-tighten.
11. Remove small screws (x7) securing the right
fairing arm inner and right fairing arm outer to
the tank collar. Tool: #2 Phillips screwdriver.
Torque: Hand tighten - Do not over-tighten.
