WHEEL TREAD CHANGE

CHANGE OF THE FRONT WHEEL TREAD AT FRONT
DRIVING AXLE
Tread change is provided by changing of rim and disc position.
Used tires Adjustable treads (mm)
11,2-24, 11,2R24,
12,4-24, 12,4R24
1525, 1620, 1680, 1770,
1825, 1920
13,6R24 1610, 1690, 1760, 1835,
1910
First of all fix the tractor against movement, lift the axle
by lifting jack and support it.
Dismantle the front wheels.
Thread out the nuts connecting the disc with the rim and
remove the screws.
Make change of tread by setting the rim into required
position.
Reassemble the screws with washers and secure with nuts.
Tighten the nuts by torque 200 - 220 Nm.
Tighten the front wheel nuts by torque 270 - 300 Nm.
Retighten screws to the prescribed level after each loosening
of rim connection.
Retighten connections again to the prescribed torque after
driving the distance 100 m with unloaded tractor.
Retighten connections after 3 hours of operation with loaded
tractor.
Check again tightening of disc nuts and rim footings after 10
hours of operation.
