DICOM Settings
If the system has DICOM option and the administrator can
use his/her permission to allow the facility Information
Technologist (IT) access to change and configure the
DICOM settings for DICOM 1 and DICOM 2 to match
their DICOM port and AE TITLE information.

10.9 and Fig 10.10.
