Sends Ping packets to the specified Ethernet device.
ip-address: 0.0.0.0 ~ 223.255.255.255, a domain-name is
permitted for a VOIP interface
voip: ping via VoIP interface
rtp: ping via RTP interface
size: 0-1472
-t: ping continuously until Ctrl-C is pressed
