27.1.1 Command Examples
This example shows how to enable IEEE 802.1x authentication on subscriber ports 1 to 10 and use
the RADIUS server set in entry 2 for port authentication. Then it sets the 802.1x authentication
option to auto and reauthentication time interval to 28800 seconds (=8 hours). Finally, it displays
the 802.1x authentication settings and statistics.
dot1x userprofile name <name>
password <password>
Configures an 802.1x user account for local authentication.
name: up to 31 printable characters.
password: up to 31 printable characters.

Configures the 802.1x port authentication method.
