8.1 Overview
A Local Area Network (LAN) is a shared com m unication syst em to w hich m any net working devices
are connect ed. I t is usually located in one im m ediate area such as a building or floor of a building.
Use the LAN scr eens to help you configure a LAN DHCP server and m anage I P addresses.
