Installing Components
The N et w ork window Configur at ion tab displays a list of inst alled com ponent s. You need a
net work adapt er, the TCP/ I P protocol and Client for Microsoft Net works.
I f you need t he adapt er:
1 I n t he N e tw ork window, click Add.
2 Select Adapt er and t hen click Add.
3 Select the m anufact urer and m odel of your network adapt er and then click OK.
I f you need TCP/ I P:
1 I n t he N e tw ork window, click Add.
2 Select Prot ocol and t hen click Add.
3 Select Micr osoft from t he list of m a nu fact ur er s.
4 Select TCP/ I P from t he list of net work protocols and t hen click OK.
I f you need Client for Microsoft Net works:
1 Click Add.
2 Select Client and then click Add.
3 Select Micr osoft from the list of m anufacturers.
4 Select Client for M icrosoft N e t w or k s from the list of net work clients and then click OK.
5 Rest art your com put er so the changes you m ade take effect .
