Enter t he I P address of the Device to which t he print er is connected in t he Print e r Na m e or I P
Address: field. I n our exam ple we use t he default I P address of t he Device, 192.168.1.1. The Por t
N am e field updates aut om atically to reflect the I P address of t he port. Click N e xt .
Note: The com puter from which you are configuring t he TCP/ I P printer port m ust be on
the sam e LAN in order to use t he printer sharing funct ion.

8 Select Custom under D e v ice Type and click Set t ings.
