I cannot see or access the Login screen in the web configurator.
1 Make sure you are using the correct IP address.
• The default IP address is 192.168.0.254.
• If you changed the IP address, use the new IP address.
• If you changed the IP address and have forgotten it, see the troubleshooting suggestions for I
forgot the IP address for the WAH7003.
2 Make sure the WAH7003 is correctly installed and turned on. See the Quick Start Guide and Section
1.5 on page 10.
3 Make sure your Internet browser does not block pop-up windows and has JavaScripts and Java
enabled.
4 Make sure your computer is connected to the WAH7003 and is in the same subnet as the WAH7003.
5 Reset the device to its factory defaults, and try to access the WAH7003 with the default IP address.
See Section 1.7 on page 11.
6 Disconnect your computer from the Internet (Wireless and/or Ethernet) and then connect to the
WAH7003 again.
7 If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
I forgot the password.
1 The default password is admin or guest.
2 If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See Section 1.7 on page
11.
I can see the Login screen, but I cannot log in to the WAH7003.
1 Make sure you have entered the user name and password correctly. The default password is admin
or guest. This fields are case-sensitive, so make sure [Caps Lock] is not on.
2 This can happen when you fail to log out properly from your last session. Try logging in again after
five minutes.
3 Disconnect and connect to the WAH7003 again.
4 If this does not work, you have to reset the device to its factory defaults. See Section 1.7 on page
11.
