9.5.5 Handling snapped filament in the delivery tube
If filament snaps in more than one place in the delivery tube, the tube needs to be flushed
of any trapped broken sections before the filament can be reloaded.
 Also remove filament from extruder end, as per “Handling a ground-out filament”,
page 64.
