The measurement signal changes very slowly after a concentration change.

Possible cause Measures
Contamination at sample gas collection
point and in lines
- Clean contaminated components and
check, if applicable, sample gas
preparation temperature control
- Check system shutdown procedure
- Check cooler
- Check the pump unit
- Set excess pressure between supply
unit and analyzer input as low as
possible
Sample cell contaminated Clean or replace the sample cell
Inadequate sample gas supply Check supply pump
