Refit rear cover by securing it with its attach-
ment screws.

Filling oil, axis 1
Use this procedure to fill gearbox axis 1 with oil.

• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Refill the gearbox with lubricating oil.
The amount of oil to be refilled depends on the
amount that was previously drained. Correct oil level
is detailed in section Inspecting, oil level gearbox
axis 1 on page 104.
