Refitting the upper arm - securing the shaft
Use this procedure to secure the shaft of the upper arm.
Continue the refitting procedure starting on the axis 2 side.
NoteAction
Shown in the figure:

Check that there is no grease on the radial
sealings in the upper arm.
Note
There must not be any grease at all on the
radial sealing. Otherwise grease will appear
on the surface supposed to be cleaned from
grease with isopropanol.

• C: Tapered roller bearing
• D: Sealing
• E: Sealing ring, with o-ring
• F: Lock nut + Loctite 243
