9 Encourage a drop of blood to form by gently
massaging the nger towards the ngertip. A
proper drop of blood must form.
10 Apply the drop of blood to the test strip.
We recommend that you apply the blood to the
test strip while it is outside the meter (see
Chapter 5.2, section “Applying blood with the
test strip outside the meter”).
