12.3 Error messages
If an error message is displayed, turn the meter off.
Depending on the situation, either by briey pressing
the M or S button or by removing the test strip from
the meter.
If these error messages occur frequently, contact
your customer support and service centre.
If your meter has been dropped, it can also lead to
error messages. In this case also contact your cus-
tomer support and service centre.
