Create the Vessel ID Name using the Keyboard
When you press the keyboard icon from the Vessel ID pop-up window, the
Vessel ID pop-up keyboard is displayed, as shown below:
Use the keyboard to create the Vessel name or identier. Use the buttons listed
below to perform the task associated with each button:
• the Delete button to delete a character
• the Shift button to enter a capital letter
• the Space button to enter a blank space
• the Caps Lock button to enter characters in all caps
• the Mode button to use an alternate character set
When you have nished creating the Vessel name, press Enter to close the
keyboard, or press the X in the upper right corner to close without saving.
Following recordings, the Vessel name is also displayed in the Vessel ID eld
of the main screen and in the Case Summary, as shown below:
