d) Network panel
This panel (see Figure 5-1 eBox Settings
Device menu, Pos. (d)) contains the network settings of the eBox.
You can change all available fields: DHCP, IP address, Network Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS address, and
Secondary DNS address.
The panel is visible for Administrator authentication level only.
Panel functional buttons:
• Revert
When it is pressed all the changes in the panel will go back to the last saved values;
• Save
When it is pressed all the changes in a panel are saved;
• DHCP: Disable / Enable
When Disable is selected, the device will NOT receive automatically network settings from a
DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server. In this case, you have to define all
network settings (IP address, Network Mask, Gateway, Primary DNS address, and Secondary
DNS address) manually;
When Enable is selected, the device will receive automatically network settings from a DHCP
(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server.
Be careful when selecting DHCP Enable. If you don't know the new assigned IP address
of eBox, the device will be inaccessible.
In such a case you have to reset the device via the RESET button located on rear panel
(see Section 7.3 Reset to Factory Default Settings).

e) SNMP Agent panel
This panel (see Figure 5-1 eBox Settings
Device menu, Pos. (e)) contains the settings for the SNMP (Simple
Network Management Protocol) communication. For details, please, see Section 6.4 Operating with ACOM
amplifiers through Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
The panel is visible for Administrator authentication level only.
f) HTTP Server panel
This panel (see Figure 5-1 eBox Settings
Device menu, Pos. (f)) contains the settings about login session
lengths and connection port.
