avoid contamination of injection seat, do not use less than 10 s).
The wash procedure requires needle wash solution.

Advanced In Auxiliary, mark Vial/Well bottom sensing only if the vessels
used are suitable for this function, such as flat-bottomed glass
vials; see the Dual Loop Autosampler manual for more
information.
