Performance Test only
This test verifies that the Agilent 89410A meets its input specification for
return loss. In this test, a spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator is
connected to a directional bridge. A reference measurement is made with
the load port of the directional bridge open. The load port is then connected
to an input channel and measurements are made for selected input range
settings. This test measures both 50 and 75
Ω input impedances. The
spectrum analyzer is set for a 100 kHz to 10 MHz frequency range.
