Update
Update the information used by the system. You can update the signatures and behaviors via the
Internet.
Step 1: Check Network Connection
Check the network is connected.
1 Enter diagnostic mode from the terminal.
2 Used the commands below to check the network connection.
• ifconfig: Check whether the IP address in correct in the network interface.
• netstat: Type netstat –rn command to check whether the gateway information is correct.
• nslookup: Type nslookup www.google.com to check DNS query.
• ping: Type ping www.google.com to check Internet connection.
If there is no problem, move on to the next step.
