applicable, for each replacement part ordered.
a. Model number and serial number of the instrument.
b. California Instruments‟ part number for the sub-assembly where the component is
located. (C.I. PART #)
c. Component reference designator. (SEQ #)
d. Component description.
e. Component manufacturers' FSCM number. (VENDOR)
