6.6.2 Obligations to the customer
Consistency
control
The consistency in the inflow to the standpipe must not exceed the
contractual value about more than 1%. (i.e. contractual value: 12% ->
max. consistency in the inflow to the standpipe: 13%)
Consistency control can be carried out in two ways:
a) The major amount of consistency control water has to be added
BEFORE the standpipe.
d) Dilution water can be added through the top dilution connection at the
standpipe. (not standard)
The bottom dilution connection must only be used for fine adjustment of
consistency (i.e. +/- 0,5%)
Defoamer In case the MC pump is in use after a DD washer, it´s an obligation to the
user to make sure the air content in the recirculation duct of the DD
washer does not exceed the values in line with the industry standard.
