Fig. 4-3 or Abb. 4-9)
Raise the pump according to Chapter 4.3
Align with the suction branch or other reference points.
2 Drill through holes in base frame and insert dowel pins.
(

3 Insert threaded rod from above. Screw on 2 washers and 2
hexagon nuts between the foundation and the base frame and
screw the threaded rod into the dowel pin. Tighten the
threaded rod with fastening nut in the dowel pin at the required
tightening torque.
4 Raise the pump unit with the setting nut and remove the
support rails.
Raise the pump according to Chapter 4.3
5 Set the pump unit with the setting nut and tighten with the
required tightening torque using the fastening nut for the base
frame. For more detailed information about required torques
please see the maintenance chapter.
6 Cut off the threaded rod with 5 mm allowance and debur.
7 Grout base frame with shrink-free grouting compound.
Hardening period 1 - 2 days. At least concrete strength

the feather key with a set screw.
The base frame is designed to accommodate the largest
possible motor for the type of pump used.
If a smaller motor is mounted, the motor bases (blue polymer

Through bolts or threaded rods cut to a suitable length are
used to secure the motor in place. These must be tightened
with the required tightening torque.
