7.8.4 Switching QT Monitoring On and Off
Select the
QT Anal Setup
in the ECG parameter setting menu, then
selectQT Anal. Switch, you can set it toOnorOff.
7.8.5 Setting QT Base Line
In order to quantify changes in the QTc value, you can set a QTc baseline.
The baseline can be used to calculate the value of DQTc. For example to assess
the effect of medication on the QT interval, you can set the current value as the
baseline before you begin medication.
Click once theQT Base Linein theQT Anal Setupmenu, you have
set the current QTc value as the QT base line.
If no QTc base line has been set, the first value after the start of monitoring
of the patient is automatically set as base line.
7.8.6 Setting QT Alarm
There are two QT alarms: QTc high limit alarm and DQTc high alarm of
the monitor.
QTc high limit alarm: When the QTc value exceeds the set limit,the QTc
high limit alarm is generated;
DQTc high limit alarm: When the difference between the current QTc
value and the QT baseline value exceeds the set limit, the DQTc alarm is
generated.
7.8.6.1 Switching QTc/DQTc Alarms On and Off
Select the QTc OVER HI ALM in the menu of QT Anal
Setup,you can set to On orOff.
Select the DQTc OVER HI ALM in the menu of QT Anal
Setup,you can set to On orOff.
7.8.6.2 Changing QTc/DQTc Alarm Linits
The QT alarm limit of each lead can be set in QT analysis setting menu.
Select the QTc OVER HI LMT in the menu of QT Anal
Setup,you can set the value from 200 to 800 .
Select the DQTc OVER HI LMT in the menu of QT Anal
Setup,you can set the value from 30 to 200 .
