915MHz
Repeater
(SW-ATT-
RPTR9)
DLS in Test Mode
Note: By testing outlying
915MHz devices,
including Keypads and
Sirens, you are
automatically testing the
915MHz Repeater. The
testing can be
accomplished by utilizing
an outlying keypad to
enter a Fire Alarm
Emergency and confirm
that the Fire Alarm is sent
on the keypad. An
outlying siren can be
tested by entering a Fire
Alarm Emergency from a
keypad and observing
that the siren sounds the
alarm.
Outlying Keypad
Testing
Test each outlying
keypad one at a time by
executing the following
procedure:
o Press the FIRE
button on an outlying
keypad
o When prompted,
press the asterisk (*)
key to confirm the
Fire Emergency
o After alarms have
been observed,
enter your Alarm
Outlying Keypad
Testing
Siren and outlying
keypad will sound a Fire
Alarm: Three (3) short
one (1) second beep
sequence then silence
repeating
Keypad LCD will display:
FIRE Emergency Sent
Keypad LCD will
Display: Alarm – Enter
PIN to Cancel
Outlying Siren Testing
Outlying Siren and
keypad will sound a Fire
Alarm: Three (3) short
one (1) second beep
sequence then silence
repeating
Keypad LCD will display:
FIRE Emergency Sent
Keypad LCD will
Display: Alarm – Enter
PIN to Cancel
A Fire Emergency
has been sent to
AT&T Digital Life
Central Monitoring
Center with no
action required
