Microsoft Exchange Server
To use Microsoft Exchange Server to manage ATEN room booking system,
you have to create and configure Microsoft Exchange room mailboxes which
are the resource mailboxes linked to meeting rooms in advance, and then
complete your calendar settings on ATEN RBS Configurator.
The room mailbox configuration procedures are slightly different by Microsoft
Exchange server versions. Thus, before setting up Microsoft Exchange room
mailboxes, check your Exchange server version by the following steps:
1. Open Windows PowerShell from the Start menu.
