2. Being used under dust circumstance, the carriage shaft may stack much dust and affect
the print quality. Please shorten the cleaning period
3. Print head and the surrounding part may be high temperature after using. Please avoid
cleaning it at the moment.
4. Please use a soft cloth for cleaning, do not use combustible solvent.
6.3.2 Lube
If the printer is being used for a long time, please add the specified lube to the front and rear metal
shafts periodically. When adding lube, please move the print head back and forth to make lube
scattered.
Please use the recommended lube instead of the unspecified one, or else, the printer life would be
shortened.
6.4 Contact the Technical Service Centre
If the printer is malfunction and cannot solve the problem through the operation shown in 6.2, the
components of the printer are damage during using or you need to buy some consumables, please
contact the nearest technical service centre.
