Configuring VPN

Overview

With a VPN (Virtual Private Network) it is possible to establish bug-

proof encrypted connections over the internet. You can also establish

VPN remote connections to your FRITZ!Box and the devices in your

home network. You can connect individual devices like smartphones,

tablets, or computers with the FRITZ!Box over VPN. You can also con-

nect two FRITZ!Box home networks at different locations over one VPN.

The FRITZ!Box supports two VPN solutions:

• IPSec

• WireGuard
