15. Insufficient water or no water entering
chamber through manifolded acces-
sory.
1. Bad connection between spray header and manifold –
Install header correctly.
2. Clogged spray nozzles – Clean spray nozzles.
3. Incorrect cycle parameters – Call STERIS.*
4. If condition reoccurs – Call STERIS.*
16. Water leaks from washer. 1. Spray jets clogged – Clean spray jets.
2. Piping is leaking – Call STERIS.*
3. Damaged door gasket – Call STERIS.*
4. Door locking mechanism improperly adjusted – Call
STERIS.*
17. Cover on side tank is ejected from nor-
mal position.
Air vent of side tank is clogged – Verify and clean air
vent.
18. Insufficient or no water entering solution
tanks during treatments.
1. Supply valves not fully open – Open supply valves.
2. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*

19. Insufficient or no water entering cham-
ber through horizontal spray nozzles.
1. Horizontal spray headers clogged – Clean spray head-
ers.
2. Chamber sump filters clogged – Clean sump filters.
3. Self-cleaning filter clogged – Clean filter.
4. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
20. Treatment stops for no apparent rea-
son.
1. Chamber doors open – Press DOOR CLOSE touch pad
to close doors and press START touch pad to resume
cycle
2. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
21. Noisy exhaust fan. Call STERIS.*
22. Vapor not removed from chamber. 1. Drying exhaust time too short – Increase drying exhaust
time. Call STERIS*.
2. Units without exhaust fan: Building exhaust system does
not work properly – Call STERIS.*
3. Damaged or badly adjusted damper – Call STERIS.*
4. If condition reoccurs, call STERIS.*
