34. Alarm sounds and screen displays:
ALARM: CHAMBER PRESSURE
TOO HIGH
Printer records:
*ALARM CHAMBER
PRESSURE TOO HIGH
HH:MM:SS YY/MM/DD
During a regular cycle (chamber pressure is over
-2 in Wg):
1. Press Silence Buzzer or ACK touch pad to silence
alarm buzzer.
2. Hot water temperature too high – Call STERIS.*
3. Chamber pressure control valve not working properly –
Call STERIS.*
4. Drying heat exchanger drain clogged – Call STERIS.*
5. Exhaust blower is not working – Call STERIS.*
During a VHP cycle (chamber pressure
over -1/8 in Wg):
1. Press Silence Buzzer or ACK touch pad to silence
alarm buzzer.
2. VHP exhaust blower flow rate adjusted too low or not
working – Call STERIS.*
3. VHP exhaust isolation damper open – Call STERIS.*
4. Chamber pressure control valve not perfectly closed –
Call STERIS.*
5. Doors (load or unload) not properly sealed – Call
STERIS.*
6. VHP exhaust filter clogged – Call STERIS.*
35. Alarm sounds and screen displays:
EMERGENCY STOP PRESSED
Load side EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed.
1. Press Silence Buzzer or ACK touch pad to silence
alarm buzzer.
2. Turn EMERGENCY STOP button to disengage it.
3. Turn LOCK/UNLOCK/INIT selector switch to INIT position
and return washer to normal operation (selector returns
automatically from INIT to UNLOCK position when key is
released).
4. Press ABORT CYCLE or RESUME touch screen.
