3.2 Supported Interfaces
3.2.1 Handheld Connector Interface
The QTERM-G55 handheld terminal comes standard with one serial port through a 12-pin
round connector (Hirose HR30-8R-12SC) or integral cable with strain relief, terminated with a
DB15f connector. The serial port interface can be EIA-232, EIA-422 or EIA-485. A second
serial port is available as on option on non-E-stop units.
Figure 16 shows the handheld unit connector orientation.
