Installation
Install Hub Assemblies, LED Lights with Electrical Connections & ShineMitts™
Attach Hub Assemblies to Drive Shafts
5) Use the bottom pre-drilled hole on the Drive Shaft position and secure the middle Spider Assembly
to the Shaft.
6) Verify that the bottom of the driver side Hub clears the conveyor surface and the passenger side
Hub clears the floor. If necessary, select another mounting hole on the Shaft to raise the Hub to
obtain adequate clearance.
7) Reassemble the top and bottom Spider assemblies on the Shafts, be sure the gap between the
Spider halves is equal on both sides as shown in the image below.
8) The removed Hub Skin will be reattached to the Hub Assembly after the electrical connection
between the Slip Ring and Wire Harness is completed within the Hub, in the next section.
Be sure this gap is
equal on both sides

Torque the 3/8-16
Fastener to 45 FT.LBS.
Important
Torque both the 5/16-18
Fasteners to 20 FT.LBS.
Important
Torque all of the 5/16-18
Fasteners to 20 FT.LBS.
Important
Note: When reassembling the Spider
Assemblies be sure to apply Red
Loctite 271 to the all of the bolts.
