Advanced Mode
Advanced Mode consists of manually configuring the FlightHawk-AV parameters
to perform measurements.
Prior to using the FlightHawk-AV in advanced mode you should familiarize
yourself with the basic operation of the unit.
Chapter 2
covers the basic
operation of the device, including changing measurement frequencies, selecting
mode of operation, number of data points to collect, displaying multiple traces,
and changing the scale of the displayed data. See
"FlightHawk-AV Basic

.
Perform the following steps to use advanced mode.
Note: Prior to using the FlightHawk-AV in this mode a calibration
should be performed.
1. Prior to making any measurements in the advanced mode perform a
Calibration. See
"Calibration" on page 28
.
2. Select the type of measurement you wish to make:
a. Match Measurement (VSWR)
