6.26.1 Mandatory input for By-count
Input of number of pieces is mandatory for By-Count articles.
Only supported for operating modes where registration is manually carried out via operator
key. In quick-service mode (price call & recording), this function is not supported.
Menu setting
- In the "Configuration" / "Basic sales settings" menu, activate the "Compulsory input for
By-count" menu item, select 5 3 6 3.
- In menu "PLU maintenance" / "Prices" activate or deactivate menu item "Unit price back
calculation", select 1 1 2 / Dept.no. / PLU no. / PLU No. / 1.
Operating procedure

Call up the "By-count" article, e.g. <PLU 2>.
In the first display line

, "PLU text" or the "Enter piece number" prompt is displayed alter-
nately.
Enter number of pieces, e.g. 5 (even if desired number of pieces is already
displayed).
Register using operator key, e.g. <OP1>.
With the "Unit price return calculation" activated, the unit price per piece is printed on the la-
bel.
6.27 Date / time
Changing date and time.
Select 5 3 6 7
Menu:
Day: Hour:
Month: Minute:
Year: Second:
Save
Enter day, month, year, hour, minute and second and save the values using the
key.
Years are printed with 4 digits, e.g. 2000 and leap years are configured correctly.
