Insert label roll
Open the side cover and printer cover
[}30].
Open the thermal print head [}33].
Remove the label roll from the take-up
pin

Pull the red peel-off unit

outwards.
Pull the backing paper off the unwinding
shaft

Pull 5 labels off the backing paper of the
new label roll.
Place the new label roll

on the take-
up pin

.
Insert the backing paper in accordance
with paper feed and attach it to the take-
up pin

. The backing paper must be
aligned to the flange

Press the red peel-off unit

inwards.
Turn the take-up pin

manually until
the first label is peeled off.
Close the thermal print head [}33].
Close the side cover and printer cover
[}30].

5.4.4 Ticket roll
Run out of ticket paper
If the ticket roll is empty, the following status message appears: "Printer 1: end of paper"
The remaining paper is automatically rejected.
Menu setting
- Automatic paper infeed only with printer operating mode "Ticket" or "Label printout on
ticket". Select 5 3 2 2 4
