(13) Refitting the end cover
is
a reversal
of
the removal
procedure. Ensure
that
the flap valve
is
located on
the end cover pivot
and
operated correctly before
refitting the heater to the car.
Blower
switch
replacement
(14) Remove the heater control panel and the switch
securing nut. Pullthe flap valve outwards, withdraw
the switch and pull off the wiring connections.
(15) Fitting a replacement switch
is
a reversal
of
item
(14).
Refitting
(16) Reverse the removal procedure and refill the
radiator with coolant. Start and warm up the
engine, check for leaks
and
correct operation
of
the
heater assembly. Top
up
the coolant in the radiator
to the correct level.
