Getting Started
File List
File List
Use the file list to select files to print and to see information about files.
1. Open the file list by tapping either:
•
Files
on the home screen.
•
Print
on the home screen. The list is only available if printing is not in progress, otherwise the
print screen displays.
2. Choose the correct file location by tapping the down arrow next to the file location and
choosing the desired location.
• Internal Memory shows files residing on the printer.
• External Storage shows files residing on a USB flash drive that is plugged in to the printer.
3. Access other functions by tapping the More Menu button.
• Change the view to either list or thumbnail.
• Search for a particular file name.
• Sort the files.
• Select or Deselect all files to print.
• Import Y/B files.
4. Selecting a file will display the details button which provides the following:
• Supply type for the label file selected.
• Label size.
• Number of labels in the file.
• The date the file was created.
• The file size in bytes.
• The ability to delete the file.
• The ability to print the file.
5. Select a file(s) and tap the print button to start the print job.
