Using the Print Screen
The print screen is displayed while a file is printing.
There are two methods for printing. One is to print directly from Brady Workstation software or the
Brady Express Labels app and the second is to print from a stored file that was created with Brady
Workstation.
Before printing, you must use a software program to create labels. See “Creating Labels” on page 28.
1 File name 6 Goes to the previous label in the file.
2 Print queue 7 Goes to the next label in the file.
3 Cancel. Only available when printing is paused. 8 Goes to the last label in the file.
4 Turn on the Print on Demand feature for the
current print job only.
9 Displays the current and total number of labels
in the file.
Tap the current label number to jump to a
particular label.
5 Goes to the first label in the file. 10 Toggles to start and pause printing.
