• Sharpening the fixed knife
If
the knives become blunt,sharpen the fixed knives O
as shown.

12-2. Cambiar la cuchilla movil
1. Remove the needle.
2. Lift up the presser foot using the presser bar lifter.
3. Remove the two screws ®, and then remove the needle
plate 0.
4. Turn the machine pulley to raise the needle bar to its
highest position.
5. Tilt back the machine head.
6. Push the thread trimmer connecting rod O in the direc
tion of the arrow until the two screws 0 can be seen.
7. Remove the two screws 0, and then remove the mov
able knife 0.
* Carry out the above procedure in reverse to install the
movable knife.
1. Entfernen Sie die Nadel.
2. Heben Sie den StoffdriickerfulS mit dem Stoffdriicker-
fufSheber an.
3. Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben 0 und nehmen Sie
die Stichplatte 0 ab.
4. Drehen Sie die Riemenscheibe, um die Nadelstange in
die hdchste Position anzuheben.
5. Klappen Sie das Maschinenoberteil nach hinten um.
6. Druckep Sie die Fadenabschneiderstange 0 in die
Pfeilrichtung bis die beiden Schrauben 0 sichtbar sind.
7. Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben 0 und nehmen Sie
das bewegliche Messer 0 ab.
* Fiihren Sie zum Montieren des beweglichen Messers die
obenstehenden Schritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge aus.
1. Deposer I'aiguille.
2. Elever le pied presseur a I'aide du releveur de pied presseur.
3. Deposer les deux vis 0 puis deposer la plaque ^ aiguille 0.
4. Faire tourner la poulie de machine pour Clever la barre a aiguille &sa position la plus haute.
5. Incliner la tete de machine vers I'arriere.
6. Pousser la tige O de connexion du coupe-fil dans le sens de la fleche jusqu'^ ce que les deux vis 0 soient visibles.
7. Deposer les deux vis 0, puis deposer le couteau mobile 0.
* Pour poser le couteau mobile, effectuer les Stapes ci-dessus dans I'ordre inverse.
1. Quitar la aguja.
2. Levantar el prensatelas usando el levantador del prensatelas.
3. Quitar los dos tornillos 0, y luego desmontar la placa de aguja 0.
4. Girar la polea de la maquina para levantar la barra de agujas a su posicion superior.
5. Inclinar la cabeza de la maquina.
6. Empujar la varillade conexibn del cortahilos O en el sentido de la aguja hasta que se puedan ver los dos tornillos 0.
7. Desmontar los dos tornillos ®, y luego desmontar la cuchilla movil 0.
* Realizar los pasos anteriores a la inversa para instalar la cuchilla mdvil.
