Paper dust has accumulated on the
surface of the paper pick-up rollers.
Clean the paper pick-up rollers.

Wrong paper
size
The paper size setting does not match
the size of paper in the tray.
-OR-
The paper guides in the tray are not
adjusted correctly for the paper size
you are using.
If you are printing from your
computer, make sure the paper
size you selected in the printer
driver or in the application you use
to print matches the size of paper
in the tray.

1. Check that the paper size you
selected from your machine's
control panel matches the size
of the paper in the tray.

2. Make sure the paper you have
loaded is in portrait orientation
and the paper guides are
correctly adjusted to match the
paper size.

3. After confirming the paper size
and the paper position, press
the Mono Copy or Colour
Copy button.
Check ink
volume
Some ink has been used and the
machine must check ink volume.
Look through the ink tank's window
to confirm the actual amount of
remaining ink.
If the remaining ink level is at or
below the lower line under the
minimum fill mark, refill the ink
tank.

After refilling the ink tank, press
(Stop).
