6.10.3 Installation position
Generally, no special installation position for the device is prescribed as the internal components are mounted in a
vibration-resistant manner. However, the following installation positions are NOT advisable:
Connector side to the top:
This causes the danger of a condensate accumulation on the connectors, which in turn increases the risk of
corrosion.
Connector side to the bottom:
The water cooling circuit of the device has a U shape, which would now be upside down. In such case, the
ventilation of the cooling circuit is difficult, and the device may be cooled insufficiently.
