4.16 Safety and protective equipment
This chapter contains an overview of safety and protective devices and the arrangement of correctly
mounted protective devices in the protective position.
WARNING
Hazards to personnel due to pinching, pulling and catching can occur if the ma-
chine’s moving parts are unprotected during operation!
 Operate the machine only with fully mounted protective devices.
 Promptly replace faulty protective devices with new devices.
4.16.1 Cover aprons
Located on the delivery openings are elastic delivery
bands (1) that prevent reaching inside the chamber dur-
ing operation.
